Fees paid towards account opening or for any other services through the payment gateway shall not be refunded unless the account of customer debit multiple times with excess amount for a single transaction due to technical error. In such a case, excess amount excluding payment gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.
In case Account Opening Process do not complete within 10 days from the date of receipt of all the required documents and authorisation from your end, you may request refund for full amount paid by you toward account opening
